IT BATTLE HEATS UP
Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has demanded that HP’s new CEO Leo Apotheker testify in an upcoming industrial espionage trial. Ellison says Apotheker is personally guilty in the code theft case in which SAP, for which Apotheker was formerly CEO, has admitted stealing from Oracle. HP has responded by saying that Oracle only intends to damage the company.
