APPLE VOWS TO FIX SIGNAL GLITCH
WSJ reports that Apple wrote an open letter to iPhone 4 owners on Friday, in which it admitted that it has identified a glitch that causes the smartphones to show a better signal than actually exists. Apple has promised to provide a software update within a few weeks to remedy the problem.
