TELE2 ACQUIRES SPRING MOBILE
Tele2’s acquisition of Spring Mobile has been approved by the Swedish Competition Authority. Tele2 will pay SEK100 million for the remaining 50 percent of the mobile operator, a provider of corporate telephony solutions. Spring Mobile had a business volume of SEK200 million last year.
