Christmas rush for tablet computers

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab has beaten the iPad to the punch to become the first tablet computer launched in Sweden. The iPad is still likely to become this year’s most popular Christmas gift if it is hits the market in time. Upstart contenders include ZTE’s Android-based tablet PC, to be launched in early December, and RIM’s Playbook, which will come after Christmas.
