BT STICKS TO REVENUE OUTLOOK
On Friday BT confirmed its revenue outlook for 2010-11 and said it had not lost any government contracts following a review of with ministers.

After the failed sale of assets to South Africa’s MTN earlier this year, the deal with Vimpelcom is now teetering on collapse. Bharti Airtel chairman Sunil Mittal says his repeated attempts to merge with MTN taught him that phone deals can be either big or complicated – but not both. Vimpelcom and Mr Sawiris have an uphill struggle to prove him wrong, writes FT.
