The Russian mobile operator MegaFon, in which TeliaSonera is a major shareholder, recorded a 36-percent increase in net profit for the second quarter of 2010. Profit amounted to SEK3 billion (USD405 million). The profit margin decreased, from 47.2 percent to 45.4 percent.
