FILE-SHARING BECOMES MOBILE File-sharing applications for mobiles are on the rise as faster networks become more prevalent. Several applications for mobile file-sharing have cropped up on the Internet, mostly for Android-based mobiles and the iPhone. There are even ready-made kits for programmers available for download, says Cisco’s Frederick Wennmark, who emphasizes that this trend is just another example of how mobile innovations are based on Internet developments.
