TITANS TO OFFER FUTURE VISIONS
This
week will offer a couple of technology conferences: the Computex trade
show in Taipei, and All Things D in California. In Taipei, Google and
Microsoft will offer a look at the latest in mobile devices, such as
Tablet PCs and e-book readers. Apple’s Steve Jobs will kick open All
Things D, and is expected to talk about the new iPad, a new iPhone model
and mobile operators for the iPhone. Jobs are also expected to answer
questions regarding Apple’s current dispute with Adobe.
TRIAL
OF FORMER VIVENDI CEO SET TO OPEN
WSJ
reports that the trial of former Vivendi CEO Jean-Marie Messier is set
to begin today. Messier is accused of financial wrongdoing, including
misleading investors about the financial situation of Vivendi.
