ERICSSON SEES THE LIGHT IN SILICON VALLEY
Swedish leading trade press Nyteknik made a report on Ericsson Silicon Valley. They interviewed Håkan Eriksson, Jan Uddenfeldt, Arpit Joshipura as well as an analyst Tony Cripps from Ovum. Håkan explained the trend “The Cloud and The Mobile" and how Ericsson sees convergence of telecom and internet and importance of cooperation with Internet company the likes of Google. The report concludes that Ericsson has big and difficult challenges, attract great IP competences, expand market share of IP products and cooperation with companies in Silicon Valley need to be strength and not to fall into contradictions.
