TIME FOR AN IPAD SONY ERICSSON?
In response to the question of whether it was time for Sony Ericsson to launch its own version of the iPad, CEO Bert Nordberg stated the company was looking at the possibility but would make no promises. He also stated an upgrade of the Xperia X10 would come during the fourth quarter and would include updates of the Timescape and Mediascape applications, as well as an HD-quality video and DLNA. DN also writes that Nordberg stated the company’s main priority is profitability and that its current product portfolio should not lead to any loss of market share for the company.
